Exposure

Sennen Cove faces north-west. Measured from the seabed, it is open to swell from W round to N; the brighter a wedge, the deeper the water in that direction and the more of the swell gets in. Anything from behind the headlands scores nothing, however big the buoy says it is.

23 Sep 2005 · shizzles to crowded, to many tourists and the waters full of little bugs dat eat ya. u can garentee if thers swell at sennen, it will b about a ft bigger at gwenvor

5 Oct 2004 · lulu i learnt to surf here in sennen and its a really good place to start. the waves tend to pick up as the day draws on and everyone is really friendly.
