Description :
A series or reefs link the two bays together,with particularly good sandbars in the summer months at the extrems of the tides.The southernmost beach is M.O.D and firing times are indicated by the red flags. The best waves tend to break on the jagged rocks to the south end of the beach,giving good hollow rides of up to 100mtrs+ in length.
Directions :
 Once in Pembroke,follow the road west for about 10 miles passing a power station for about 10 miles.Closer you get,it will become sign posted.
